WELCOME TO INTREPID LACROSSE ONLINE REGISTRATION

Before registering, please review the 2010 Intrepid Calendar on the web site.  By registering, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the calendar and that you will make a full commitment to yourself and your team by:

  • Attending all Summer AND FALL practices;
  • Attending all Summer AND FALL tournaments;
  • Improving your lacrosse skills;
  • Following the coach’s instructions;
  • Maintaining a positive attitude;
  • Keeping physically and mentally fit; and
  • Being a team player.

Before beginning the process, be sure that you have an email for your daughter that is not easily identifiable i.e. it should not include first and last name in the email address. Recruiting information will be posted on the web site and we want to maximize internet security.

Please complete ALL screens in the registration process and submit printed forms and payment to the registrar. All registrations received after the February 27th deadline will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee.

Team Selections March 7, 2010

Player arrival times: 

12:00 PM     2013 and 2014
2:00 PM    2011 and 2012

Middle School Team Selection to be scheduled in April. Date/Time TBA

Where to go?  Tryouts will take place at the Cost Center on the University of Pittsburgh campus. The Cost Center is located behind the OC LOT near the Petersen Event Center and Fitzgerald Field House. Click here for directions.

What to bring?  Players are to bring tennis shoes, stick, mouth-guard, and goggles. Pinnies will be provided. Players' clothing can have no identifying logo or high school name visible to the coaches. Adherence to this policy will be strictly enforced and any identifying imprint will have to be covered or removed.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the club is to promote the growth of girls’ lacrosse, and to field competitive teams by developing advanced playing skills, game knowledge, confidence, responsible decision-making, teamwork and good sportsmanship.

This mission will be accomplished by retaining inspirational and dedicated coaches who will professionally and consistently teach the modern game; treat every player with dignity and respect; and recruit the best players, encourage teamwork, stress physical fitness and strive to make Intrepid a fun-filled and positive experience for all members.
